THE ACCESS CENTER The Access Center (TAC) has been on the Internet since 2012. We offer a variety of services. When our center first opened, we provided services for Income Tax Payers. Our Tax Preparation services helped low to moderate income tax payers prepare their taxes for FREE or for a smaller fee than your average income tax company. Now that we have grown, we have expanded our services from helping individuals prepare their taxes, to providing homeowners, local and non local residents with a service which help with the recovery of lost and unclaimed money. Unclaimed money can fall under different categories. Individuals can have unclaimed money from insurance companies, past employers, mortgage refunds, and excess proceeds; money which may be recovered because of a foreclosure. TAC Phone and Sit In Sessions are dedicated with training individuals on how to locate their unclaimed money and property. We search all 50 states database on a daily basis to find the rightful owners. Our experience started with helping friends and family members who appeared in the database of unclaimed money in their state. We also have sessions that help with the recovery of money for homeowners. These homeowners may be due money if their home faced foreclosure, default tax sale, or if they have a refund(s) from their mortgage company. A refund from a mortgage company may not just stop at you. Your parents, grandparents, in-laws, or any of your relatives may be due a mortgage refund. CLICK ON OUR SERVICE BUTTON TO GET STARTED TODAY. Unclaimed Money/Property Services It's the LAW for all businesses and organizations to report all unclaimed money and property to the rightful owner. By LAW they have to report to the state in which the money and property was legally obtained. If individuals never claim their property, they may lose out on hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars. Please feel free to read about services we offer our clients. Mortgage Refunds You may have heard of mortgage tracers who track down homeowners who are due a refund from their mortgage company. Based on our experience, we have noticed most refunds come from homes financed with a FHA loan. Our job is to locate these funds for home owners. Just because your home wasn't financed with a FHA loan, doesn't mean these funds aren't due to you. Excess Proceeds What are excess proceeds? Excess proceeds are taxes due to the lien/title holder when the home has been defaulted on. In most states, homeowners only have two years to claim excess proceeds after their home goes in default. In the past, homeowners have collected over $200,000 of excess proceeds. You also have homeowners who are losing out on even more, when they don't take the necessary steps to collect their excess proceeds. |
